A Study on the Effects of Positive Social Support and Positive Psychological Capital on High School Students'Perceived Stress and Life Satisfaction

目的 探究积极社会支持和积极心理资本在高中生压力知觉与生活满意度之间链式中介效应的调节作用.方法 通过整群随机抽样选取喀什市某高级中学高一和高二的学生共 300 名,采用生活满意度量表、压力知觉量表、社会支持量表和积极心理资本量表进行测量,运用SPSS26.0、Process4.1、Amos26.0 完成分析.结果 高中生的压力知觉显著负向预测生活满意度,效应值为-0.446;积极社会支持在高中生压力知觉与生活满意度的关系中起部分中介效应,效应值为-0.032;积极心理资本在高中生压力知觉与生活满意度的关系中起部分中介效应,效应值为-0.058;积极社会支持和积极心理资本在高中生压力知觉和生活满意度间起链式中介作用,效应值为0.004.结论 高中生压力知觉可以直接负向影响生活满意度,也可以通过积极社会支持的中介作用和积极心理资本的中介作用影响生活满意度,还可以通过积极社会支持和积极心理资本的链式中介作用影响生活满意度.

Objective To explore the moderating effect of perceived social support and positive psychological capital on the chain mediation between high school students'perceived stress and life satisfaction.Methods A total of 300 students from the first and second year of high school in Kashgar City were selected through cluster random sampling,and measured using the Satisfaction with Life Scale,Perceived Stress Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,and Positive Psychological Capital Question.The analysis was completed using SPSS 26.0,Process 4.1,and Amos 26.0.Results High school students'perceived stress significantly negatively predicted life satisfaction,with an effect value of-0.446;perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between high school students'perceived stress and life satisfaction,with effect values of-0.032;positive psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between high school students'perceived stress and life satisfaction,with effect values of-0.058;perceived social support and positive psychological capital play a chain mediating role between high school students'perceived stress and life satisfaction,with an effect value of 0.004.Conclusion Perceived stress in high school students can directly and negatively affect life satisfaction,as well as through the mediating effects of social support and positive psychological capital.It can also affect life satisfaction through the mediating effects of social support and positive psychological capital.
