ChatGPT辅助OTO模式对老年慢性病共病患者健康管理的效果评估
Effect of ChatGPT assisted OTO mode on health management quality of elderly patients with chronic comorbidities

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ChatGPT assisted online-to-offline(OTO)mode on the health management of elderly patients with chronic comorbidities,and to provide a basis for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of chronic disease management.Methods Eighty patients with chronic comorbidities were divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.The observation group was given OTO health management program assisted by ChatGPT,and the control group was given routine chronic disease management program.After 6 months of intervention,patients'disease cognition,self-management,nursing satisfaction,anxiety scores,depression scores and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the accuracy of disease-related knowledge,medication compliance rate and satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group[(511.48±51.16)points]was higher than the control group[(463.40±52.32)points],the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The ChatGPT assisted OTO health management program has a positive impact on improving the health management effect of elderly patients with chronic comorbidities,which is conducive to improving patients'health cognition,improving their self-management ability,alleviating patients'anxiety and depression,improving their quality of life,and improving patients'satisfaction with services.关键词
