摘要

Abstract

Objective:To construct evaluation indicators for entrustable professional activities(EPAs)for nursing undergraduate interns.Methods:The initial draft of EPAs was developed based on literature review and expert panel meetings.From September to November 2023,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert correspondence to refine the proposed indicators.Results:In the two rounds of expert correspondence,the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.832 and 0.858,respectively.After the second round of correspondence,the Kendall's coefficients of concordance for the first-level and second-level indicators were 0.248 and 0.118,respectively(both P<0.001),which were higher than the results from the first round.Finally,6 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators were constructed,and the specific content of each indicator and its expected supervision level at different internship stages were determined.Conclusion:The constructed EPAs evaluation indicators for nursing undergraduate interns are scientific,comprehensive,and practical,and can provide a reference for evaluating the job competency of nursing undergraduate interns.
