居家老年经皮冠状动脉介入术后病人自我护理能力的潜在剖面分析
Latent profile analysis of self-care ability in elderly patients at home after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent profiles of self-care ability and its influencing factors in elderly patients at home after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:238 elderly patients living at home after PCI were selected by convenience sampling from the cardiology department of a Grade A tertiary hospital in Ningxia.Surveys were conducted using a general information questionnaire,the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCAS),the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Latent profile analysis,univariate analysis,and Logistic regression analysis were used to identify different profiles and their influencing factors.Results:The total self-care ability score of the 238 post-PCI patients was(99.51±18.39).Self-care ability could be classified into 4 profiles,highly autonomous(15.5%),skill-practice oriented(41.6%),knowledge-oriented(36.4%),and support-dependent(5.5%).Occupation,smoking,self-efficacy,social support,and anxiety/depression were identified as influencing factors for the latent profiles of self-care ability in elderly patients at home after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-care abilities of elderly patients at home after PCI exhibit distinct classification characteristics.Patients in different categories vary in terms of occupation,smoking,self-efficacy,social support,and anxiety/depression.Nursing staff need to develop targeted interventions and provide personalized health education based on the classification characteristics of different profiles,establish close collaborative relationships with patients'families,and provide comprehensive care and support to enhance patients'self-care ability.关键词
