摘要

Abstract

The high-quality development of rural education is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.However,rural teachers are faced with the difficult problems of"being unable to go to rural areas","being unable to stay in rural areas"and"being unable to teach well".Through technol-ogies such as intelligent lesson preparation systems and data diagnosis platforms,artificial intelligence can help rural teachers improve the efficiency of teaching resource generation,promote personalized teaching,enhance the innovative ability of teaching design and promote educational equity.However,when applying artificial intelligence,rural teachers also face challenges,such as technological anxiety,difficulties in teaching integration,data ethics risks and weak infrastructure.Based on the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence to the professional development of rural teachers,this study proposes four optimization paths:cognitive transformation for quality and ability improvement,multi-measure implementation for deep integra-tion and efficiency enhancement,joint prevention of privacy and strengthening the foundation with the legal system and optimal allocation of infrastructure and resource hematopoiesis.
