癌症性功能量表的修订及在结直肠癌病人中的信效度检验
Revision of Cancer Sexual Function Scale and its reliability and validity in patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To revise the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)and the International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF),thereby developing a gender-neutral sexual function scale suitable for all genders,and to test its reliability and validity in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Based on literature review,group discussions,expert correspondence,and feedback from a preliminary survey,the items were revised,finally forming the initial version of the questionnaire.A total of 1,224 colorectal cancer patients were surveyed to test the reliability and validity of the Cancer Sexual Function Scale.Results:The revised Cancer Sexual Function Scale was divided into female and male subscales,comprising 23 items in total(19 items for the female subscale and 16 items for the male subscale).Exploratory factor analysis indicated that the female subscale contained 6 common factors and the male subscale contained 5 common factors;the cumulative variance explanation rates were 77.281%and 75.771%,respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 6 dimensions of the female subscale and the 5 dimensions of the male subscale had good fit to the data.The total Cronbach's α coefficient for the female subscale was 0.887,and for the male subscale it was 0.860.The Cronbach's α coefficients for the individual dimensions ranged from 0.799 to 0.937.Conclusion:The Cancer Sexual Function Scale demonstrates good reliability and validity and can be used clinically to assess the sexual function of cancer patients(with colorectal cancer).关键词
