Expression of blood PLT,D-D/Alb and NETs in patients with cancer-related cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To study the expression of platelets(PLT),D-dimer(D-D)/albumin(Alb),and neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)in patients with cancer-related cerebral infarction.Methods Based on the propensity score matching principle,62 patients with cancer-related cerebral infarction(observation group A),62 patients with cerebral infarction(observation group B),and 62 cancer patients(control group A)who were admitted from January 2021 to December 2023,as well as 62 healthy individuals(control group B)were selected at a ratio of 1∶1∶1∶1.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores of group A and group B at the time of hospital visit were compared,and the expressions of PLT,D-D/Alb,and NETs[citrullinated histone H3(CitH3),double-stranded DNA(dsDNA)]were compared among the four groups.The correlations between PLT,D-D/Alb,NETs and NIHSS,GCS scores in group A and group B were observed and analyzed,and the influencing factors of cancer-related cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results At the time of hospital visit,the NIHSS score of observation group A was higher than that of observation group B,while the GCS score was lower than that of observation group B(P<0.01).The PLT of observation group A was lower than that of observation group B,control group A and control group B,and lower in the observation group B than in the control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The D-D/Alb,CitH3 and dsDNA in observation group A were higher than those in observation group B,control group A and control group B,higher in observation group B than in control group A and control group B,and higher in control group A than in control group B(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PLT in observation group A and observation Group B was negatively correlated with NIHSS score and positively correlated with GCS score(P<0.05).In observation group A and observation group B,D-D/Alb,CitH3 and dsDNA were positively correlated with the NIHSS score,and negatively correlated with the GCS score(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that PLT,D-D/Alb,CitH3,and dsDNA were all independent influencing factors of cancer-related cerebral infarction(P<0.01).Conclusion Abnormal changes of PLT,D-D/Alb,CitH3 and dsDNA in patients with cancer-related cerebral infarction are related to neurological function and the severity of the disease.Moreover,PLT,D-D/Alb,CitH3 and dsDNA are all influencing factors of cancer-related cerebral infarction.关键词
