舒芬太尼、酮咯酸氨丁三醇复合腰硬联合麻醉对髋关节手术患者疼痛及认知功能的影响
Impact of Sufentanil and Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia on pain and cognitive function in patients undergoing hip joint surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Sufentanil and Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia on pain and cognitive function in patients undergoing hip joint surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent hip joint surgery from March 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 patients in each group,using the random number table method.The observation group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with Sufentanil and Ketorolac Tromethamine,while the control group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The analgesic and sedative effects,preoperative and postoperative cognitive functions,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain scores in both groups decreased over time after operation(P<0.05),and the VAS pain scores in the observation group at 12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The Ramsay Sedation Scale(RSS)scores of both groups at 12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those at 6 h after operation(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in RSS scores between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).The scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)in both groups at 1 week and 1 month after operation were lower than those before operation,and the MoCA score at 1 month after operation was higher than that at 1 week after operation(P<0.05).The MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week and 1 month after operation(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined and Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia has a good analgesic effect on patients undergoing hip joint surgery,does not have a negative impact on the sedative effect,can effectively protect the cognitive function of patients and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
