润肺解痉止咳方联合穴位贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析
Analysis of the therapeutic effect of the Runfei Jiejing Zhike formula combined with acupoint application on cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Runfei Jiejing Zhike formula combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 220 patients with CVA treated from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 110 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Salmeterol Fluticasone Inhalation powder,while those in the observation group were treated with the Runfei Jiejing Zhike formula combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical effect,clinical symptom scores and serological indicators[interleukin-4(IL-4),serum nerve growth factor(NGF)],pulmonary function indicators[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],airway inflammatory indicators[Provocative Dose of Methacholine Causing a 20%Fall in FEV1(PD20-FEV1),sputum eosinophil(EOS)count]before and after treatment,as well as the symptom recurrence rate at 2-year follow-up after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the cough symptom scores of both groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the asthma control test scales in both groups increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the IL-4,NGF and airway EOS count in both groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,PD20-FEV1 increased in both groups,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,FEV1 and PEF in both groups increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After a 2-year follow-up,the symptom recurrence rate in the observation group was 11.82%(13/110),which was lower than 25.45%(28/110)in the control group,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the Runfei Jiejing Zhike formula and acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with CVA,reduce serum inflammatory response and airway hyperresponsiveness,alleviate airway inflammatory response,improve cough symptoms and lung function,and reduce the recurrence rate of cough.关键词
