磨矿介质对磁铁矿磨矿产品粒度分布的影响
Impact of grinding media on the particle size distribution of magnetite grinding products

Abstract
In order to explore the influence of grinding medium on the particle size distribution of grinding products,batch grinding tests were conducted with the second-stage magnetite grinding feed taken as the research object,and steel forging,steel balls and porcelain balls as grinding media.The grinding dynamics,zero-order output characteristics and particle size characteristic equation of grinding products were analyzed.The analysis of first-order grinding dynamics,it was concluded that the breaking rate of coarse-grained minerals(d>0.075 mm)by porcelain balls was lower than that by steel forging and steel balls.The results showed that the formation rate of overworn particles(d<0.023 mm)in porcelain ball milling was much lower than that of steel balls and steel forging.The results of the particle size characteristic equation showed that the reduction rate of the cumulative yield on the coarse grain sieve was close to that of steel forging and steel balls.However,the formation rate of fine grain was significantly lower than steel forging and steel balls.The particle size characteristic equation combines the main conclusions of grinding dynamics and zero-order output characteristics,indicating that ceramic ball milling can reduce the yield of fine particles while grinding the mineral,thereby reducing the degree of overgrinding and improving the particle size distribution of the ground material.关键词
