林草科普助推科技成果转化的思考
Thoughts on Promoting Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements through Forest and Grassland Science Popularization

Abstract
Forestry and grassland science popularization plays a crucial role in promoting the commercialization of forestry and grassland scientific and technological achievements,and the scientific and technology innovation system has been increasingly prominent in the field of scientific research on forestry and grassland in the new era.The Chinese Academy of Forestry(CAF),as the"national team"in scientific forestry and grassland research,is leading popularization and achievement commercialization of forestry and grassland science,and its innovative practices provide invaluable experiences for the sector.This paper summarizes CAF's practical experiences in base construction,publicity activities,platform operation,practical exploration,audience coverage and achievement dissemination,and analyzes the core issues in the process of science popularization facilitating achievement commercialization,such as outdated awareness in science popularization and achievements commercialization,inadequate response to the diverse demands of audiences,insufficient resource integration,weak driving force for industrial linkage,poor conversion and connection mechanism,and shortage of interdisciplinary talents.To further the deep integration between science popularization and achievement commercialization in forestry and grassland sector,six countermeasures are proposed,including:1)innovating the ways for promoting science popularization to lower the minimal requirement for achievement commercialization;2)giving play to the advantage of media integration to facilitate the communication via an all-media matrix;3)boosting the coordination effect to bring excellent achievements to the public vision;4)strengthening the guidance on practices and application to improve the social recognition of the scientific and technological results;5)building the demand-oriented market mechanism to accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements;and 6)cultivating interdisciplinary talent teams for optimizing human resources configuration.关键词
