The"Constancy"and"Changes"in the Development of the Communist Party of China's Confidentiality Work over a Century
摘要
Abstract
Strictly safeguarding the secrets of the Party and the state and unswervingly doing a good job in confidentiality work are important secrets for the Communist Party of China to achieve a century of brilliant achievements.Over the past century or so,the Party,s confidentiality work has actively responded to various challenges from the external environment by the"chang-es"in the content of confidentiality,the objects of confidentiality,and the means of confidentiality.It has defined the core re-quirements and basic direction of confidentiality work with the"constancy"of the goal orientation,political principles,confiden-tiality disciplines,and rules and regulations.In terms of internal logic,the"changes"and"constancy"in the Communist Party of China's confidentiality work reflect the unity of environmental changes and the Party's stable management of confidentiality work,the constancy of technological innovation and confidentiality principles,as well as the correspondence between the original aspiration and mission of Chinese Communists and the confidentiality cause.Reviewing the development course of the Party's confidentiality work over a century and exploring the"constancy"and"changes"in her historical evolution is not only helpful for a deep understanding of the laws of building a Marxist proletarian party,but also of great significance for strengthening the Party's confidentiality work and promoting the full and strict governance of the Party in the new era.关键词
