The Reasonable Tension of the Social Life of Middle and Lower Widows in Ming Dynasty from the Perspective of Social Gender
摘要
Abstract
The basic principles of the gender system in traditional Chinese society and the laws and regulations on gender relations formulated by the state restrict and limit the family and social activity space of the middle and lower widows in the Ming Dynasty to a certain extent,which reflects the"Jing"side of the gender system.However,the flexible space of the gender system in the Ming Dynasty and the flexibility in the operation process also reflect the"Quan"side of the gender system.The"Jing Da Quan Bian"of the gender system provided space for the expansion of the family and social activities of the middle and lower wid-ows in the Ming Dynasty,which was manifested in the promotion of family financial rights and the expansion of the scope of activ-ities from the inside out.关键词
