Theoretical Mechanisms and Paths of New Quality Productive Forces Empowering the Value Realization of Forest Ecological Products

Abstract
⑴ Background——Promoting the value realization of forest ecological products is an important measure to thoroughly implement the thought of ecological civilization and a key path to practice the"Two Mountains"con-cept.The development of new quality productive forces provides both a theoretical foundation and practical guid-ance for solving the problems of realizing the value of forest ecological products and promoting their value trans-formation and appreciation.Existing research mainly focuses on the concepts and connotations of forest ecological products,the mechanisms,models,efficiency,and its influencing factors of the value realization,etc.However,there remains a scarcity of systematic studies that integrate new quality productive forces with the value realization of forest ecological products from an economics perspective. ⑵ Methods——This paper employed a combined methodology of macro-policy interpretation,mechanism analysis and case studies to first examine the practical problems in the value realization of forest ecological prod-ucts.Then,based on the inherent logic of realizing the value of forest ecological products,an empowerment mechanism centered on new quality productive forces was constructed,namely technological innovation,institu-tional innovation and elements integration.Finally,it proposed the strategic paths for new quality productive forces to empower the value realization of forest ecological products. ⑶ Results——First,the practical problems in realizing the value of forest ecological products mainly in-clude:unstable"productization"supply foundation,incomplete"commodification"transformation mechanism,and insufficient"monetization"market response.Second,the mechanisms through which new quality productive forces empower the value realization of forest ecological products are as follows:1)At the technical level,pro-mote the quality transformation of the supply of forest ecological products through technological breakthroughs.2)At the institutional level,the deepening of collective forest tenure system reforms and the establishment of mar-ket-oriented trading mechanisms enhance the conversion efficiency of forest ecological products.3)At the indus-trial level,data elements facilitate the integrated development of forest ecological products with health care tourism,green education,and ecological aesthetics.The paths are as follows:1)Strengthen the integrated appli-cation of technological innovation to solidify the supply foundation.2)Improve the trading and distribution mech-anisms for forest ecological products to facilitate the value conversion and feedback channels.3)Innovate di-verse-integrated development models to expand the industrial space.4)Construct a digital-intelligent collabora-tive governance framework to enhance the governance efficiency. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy sug-gestions are put forward:First,strengthen the vertical coordination and horizontal collaboration of science and technology,systems and elements to enhance the integrated efficiency of the empowerment mechanism.Second,accelerate the establishment of a unified national rule system for the assessment and trading of forest ecological products.Third,promote the strategic linkage between the value realization of forest ecological products and re-gional green transformation to form a trinity synergy of policy,market and governance.Fourth,build a platform for monitoring and collaborating forest ecological assets based on digital governance to achieve efficient circulation and value return with the participation of multiple entities.关键词
