摘要

Abstract

To achieve the goal of low-carbon transformation in the power industry,a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation method for zero carbon buildings is proposed.By analyzing external policies,technological development,geographical environment,economic development,and social cognition,a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed that includes eight categories of primary indicators and 42 secondary indicators,including clean energy generation,terminal load electricity consumption,building systems,etc..In terms of indicator weight calculation,the entropy weight method and improved CRITIC method are combined to comprehensively explore the characteristics of indicator information disorder,data dispersion,and correlation.The mean to average ratio is used to measure indicator variability and reduce the impact of data distribution bias instead of the standard deviation.In terms of scheme evaluation,coupling coordination degree is introduced to improve the traditional VIKOR method,and the optimization of the decision-making process is achieved by quantifying the synergistic effects between indicators.Through the analysis of an actual engineering case of a zero carbon power supply station in southern China,the advantages of improving CRITIC method to handle the distribution bias of indicator data and improving VIKOR method to reflect the synergistic effect of indicators were verified,and improvement measures were proposed for poor schemes.The research results provide scientific basis for promoting the construction of zero carbon power supply stations and propose feasible improvement measures for optimizing the low-carbon path of the power system.
