Abstract
Fertilization methods directly influence potato growth,yield,quality,and soil health.To explore the optimal fertilization strategies for potato cultivation in Liupanshui,Guizhou Province,this study established four different treatments:no fertilization(control),conventional fertilization,compound fertilizer application,and conventional fertilization combined with organic fertilizer.Two potato cultivars were selected to evaluate treatment effects on yield,marketable tuber rate,and nutritional components(protein,reducing sugars,vitamin C,and starch contents).Results demonstrated that integrated organic-inorganic fertilization significantly improved potato growth indicators.Compared to the control group,this treatment increased yield by 65%and marketable tuber rate by over than 38%.Nutritional analysis revealed contents of 1.65%protein,0.61%reducing sugars,17.05%vitamin C,and 15.21%starch,all showing statistically significant enhancements versus the control group.These findings confirm the superiority of organic-inorganic fertilization for potato cultivation.关键词
