Abstract

In order to better optimize the combustion characteristics of PODE-gasoline dual fuel,by changing the proportion of gasoline direct injection and the moment of gasoline direct injection,the combustion characteristics of PODE-gasoline dual fuel vehicles is simulated using software.The result shows that under large-load conditions,when the proportion of gasoline direct injection in the cylinder is 10%to 30%,the peak pressure of the cylinder is higher than that of the single airway injection,and the combustion performance index is improved;When the direct injection ratio is higher than 30%,the peak pressure of the cylinder is reduced and the combustion performance index is reduced;In the case of gasoline relatively late injection(-40°to-70°),with the advance of the injection moment,the combustion start point is delayed,the peak cylinder pressure is reduced,the peak of the heat release rate is reduced;and the gasoline is relatively early injection(-80°to-110°),with the advance of the injection moment,the combustion is in a bimodal state,the gasoline cylinder mixture is more layered,and a concentrated gasoline mixture is formed in the narrow area,which makes the combustion area wider and helps to reduce HC and CO emissions.
