Benchmarking Management of Manufacturing Enterprises:An Exploration of the Significance of Product Quality Control and Improvement

Abstract
Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global competition in the manufacturing industry,product quality has become the core competitiveness for enterprises'survival and development.Taking the development and implementation of the"Made in Zhejiang"association standard for wave springs as an example,this paper explores the paths and significance of manufacturing enterprises in improving product quality through benchmarking management.The study finds that the benchmarking management process is not only the optimization of technical indicators but also a systematic upgrade of enterprises'quality management.By benchmarking with international advanced standards,enterprises can identify technological gaps,optimize production processes,enhance product reliability,and thus improve their market competitiveness.Through case analysis,this paper reveals the key role of benchmarking management in promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and provides references for other enterprises.关键词
