Abstract
Gongxian county,located in Sichuan province,has abundant bamboo resources,and the bamboo industry plays a significant role in the local forestry sector.This paper analyzes the constraints,opportunities and prospects of bamboo industry development based on the field investigation of bamboo resources and the bamboo industry development in Gongxian county,and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the development of the bamboo industry in there.The bamboo industry in Gongxian county has fallen into the difficulties such as scattered resources,insufficient infrastructure,ineffective intensive management,small-scale enterprises,low value-addition of bamboo products and unitary structure.At the same time,the industry embraces a bright development prospect as a result of good opportunities such as rich resources,continuing emergence of innovative products and technologies,national and local policy support.In this sense,Gongxian county should further deepen the reform of the collective forest tenure system,increase fiscal and financial support,optimize the infrastructure construction in forest areas,strengthen the establishment of high-yield bamboo forest bases,give full play to the leading role of the large-scale enterprises,intensify publicity,and facilitate bamboo tourism,so as to promote the high-quality development of the bamboo industry.关键词
