Summary of Evidence for Prevention and Management of Hypothermia After Laparoscopic Gastroin-testinal Tumor Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize evidence on the prevention and management of hypothermia after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery, aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing practice. Methods Based on the"6S"Hierarchy of Evidence-Based Resources, articles on the prevention and management of hypothermia after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery were searched from guideline websites, institution websites, and Chinese and English databases from their establishment to June 1,2024.Selected articles underwent quality evaluation, evidence extraction and integration by four investigators. Results A total of 24 articles were included, comprising 1 clinical decision,2 best clinical practices,3 guidelines,1 expert consensus,8 systematic reviews,2 meta-analyses,3 summaries of evidence, and 4 randomized controlled trials.A total of 25 pieces of best evidence were summarized, covering 5 aspects:risk identification and prediction, body temperature monitoring and evaluation, passive insulation measures, active warming strategies, and instrument and equipment management. Conclusion The evidence summarized herein serves as an evidence-based reference for clinical healthcare providers in developing prevention and management plans for hypothermia after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery. When applying the evidence, healthcare providers should consider the current status and individual needs of postoperative hypothermia management in clinical practice to maximize prevention and management effectiveness.关键词
