Meta-synthesis of Qualitative Studies on Nurses' User Experiences with Nursing Robots
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically explore nurses'user experiences with nursing robots,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical promotion of nursing robots.Methods Qualitative studies on nurses'user experiences with nursing robots were searched online in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CBMdisc,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from their establishment to July 2022.The quality of the included articles was evaluated according to 2016 qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Centre for Evidence-based Healthcare in Australia.Results A total of 14 articles were included,from which 49 complete research topics were extracted and organized into 9 categories and 3 synthesized results.Synthesized results:① Intelligent transformation in nursing:capability to enhance nursing efficiency and safeguard occupational safety of nurses;capability to provide precise nursing services and improve nursing quality;potential to drive intelligent transformation in nursing and strengthen professional identity of nurses.② Problems in the use of nursing robots:limited intelligence,necessitating human oversight;limited robot availability due to defects in the human-machine system;safety concerns regarding patient protection and liability attribution.③ Challenges and needs in application management of nursing robots:technological anxiety and training needs;professional anxiety and workflow optimization needs;urgent need for application ecosystems.Conclusion The application of nursing robots represents an inevitable trend in healthcare development,showing substantial potential.In addition to nurses'user experiences,future studies on the application of nursing robots should focus on the establishment of training management systems,optimization of hardware/software systems,and legal support.关键词
