缺血性脑卒中患者对血管性痴呆风险感知的质性研究
Qualitative Study on Risk Perception of Vascular Dementia in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To understand the risk perception characteristics of vascular dementia(VaD)in patients with ischemic stroke,aiming to provide a reference for promoting effective self-management.Methods From July to August 2024,15 inpatients were selected by convenience sampling from the neurology department at a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Guiyang.They were investigated by semi-structured in-depth interviews using an interview outline designed based on the protection motivation theory.Their interview data was sorted and analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results A total of 2 core topics were extracted,comprising 10 sub-topics:1.Manifestation patterns of VaD risk perception in patients with ischemic stroke:1)cognitive bias in risk control,2)risk avoidance psychology,3)limitations in cognitive experience,and 4)dynamic changes in risk perception levels;2.Mechanisms of VaD risk perception in patients with ischemic stroke:1)insufficient disease cognition,2)anticipated disease burden,3)variations in health management awareness,4)doctor-patient communication barriers,5)difficulties in accessing information,and 6)weak family support systems.Conclusion Healthcare providers should implement targeted health interventions to enhance patients'and their families'risk cognition and perception of VaD,thereby promoting early screening and prevention,and ultimately improving patients'clinical outcomes.关键词
