秸秆增强尼龙复合材料的热学性能和力学性能研究
Study on Thermal Properties and Mechanical Properties of Straw Reinforced Nylon Composites

Abstract
In this article,straw reinforced nylon composites were prepared from rice straw(RS)and nylon 6(PA6),and their thermal properties and mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that the compatibility between the unmodified RS and PA6 was poor,while the compatibility between the modified RS and PA6 was greatly improved.As the RS mass fraction increased,the tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus,impact strength and Rockwell hardness of the composites first increased and then decreased,while the elongation at break decreased.When the RS mass fraction was from 10%to 30%,the RS dispersion was relatively uniform.However,when the RS mass fraction reached 40%,the RS agglomerated and some voids appeared inside the composite.After adding RS,the thermal stability of the composite material improved,and the thermal conductivity decreased.Compared to pure PA6,the tensile strength,bending strength,flexural modulus,impact strength and Rockwell hardness increased by 8.4%,8.6%,14.9%,19.5%and 7.7%,respectively,and the thermal conductivity reduced by 15.6%.关键词
