Abstract
This paper introduces the similarities and differences between THz traveling wave tubes and traditional traveling wave tubes in terms of key processes and raw material control,and proposes quality control requirements for THz traveling wave tubes,with the main focus on controlling the raw materials and key processes of THz traveling wave tubes.关键词
