基于潜在剖面分析的脑卒中患者睡眠分型及影响因素研究
Latent Profile Analysis of Sleep Subtypes and Their Influencing Factors in Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the latent sleep subtypes in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders and analyze their influencing factors.Methods From January to August 2024,stroke inpatients were selected by convenience sampling from a tertiary hospital in Nantong.They were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE).Latent profile analysis(LPA)was conducted based on PSQI dimension scores to classify sleep subtypes in stroke patients,and multinomial logistic regression was conducted to analyze factors influencing post-stroke sleep disorders.Results A total of 290 stroke patients were included.Among these patients,LPA identified 3 latent sleep subtypes:relatively good sleep(52.1%),sleep disorders-sleep insufficiency(34.8%)and severe sleep disorders-medicated hypnosis(13.1%).Factors influencing post-stroke sleep disorders included sex,stroke frequency,lesion location,stage of stroke,SAS scores,SDS scores and MMSE scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Sleep disorders in stroke patients demonstrate significant population heterogeneity.Special attention should be given to female patients,patients with>3 stroke episodes,patients with multiple brain lesions,acute-stage patients,and patients exhibiting anxiety/depression tendencies or cognitive dysfunction.Individualized interventions tailored to subtype characteristics in stroke patients may promote their neurological function recovery,improve quality of life,and reduce post-stroke disability rates and recurrence risks.关键词
