中药泥敷联合经络诊察在脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者中的应用
Application of Chinese Herbal Mud Compress Combined with Meridian Diagnosis in Patients with Post-Stroke Stage Ⅰ Shoulder-Hand Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Chinese herbal mud compress combined with meridian diagno-sis in relieving pain and swelling in patients with post-stroke stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods From January to December 2024,a total of 204 inpatients with stage Ⅰ post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were se-lected by convenience sampling from Huguosi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Beijing Uni-versity of Chinese Medicine.They were divided into the control group(n=102)and the observation group(n=102)according to their admission order.The control group received routine care for stroke;the observation group additionally received Chinese herbal mud compress and meridian diagnosis.The selected patients were investigated for joint pain,swelling in the affected area and function of the affected upper limb using the Visu-al Analogue Scale(VAS),hand volume water displacement test and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)before intervention and after 3,7 and 14 days of intervention,respectively.Results After 7 and 14 days of interven-tion,both groups showed improvement in VAS scores,hand volume scores and Fugl-Meyer scores compared to baseline,with greater improvement in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed significant differences in VAS scores,hand volume scores and Fugl-Meyer scores between the two groups regarding between-group ef-fects,time effects and interaction effects(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal mud compress com-bined with meridian diagnosis can alleviate pain and swelling in the affected limbs of patients with post-stroke stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome,promote joint function recovery,and thereby enhance their quality of life.关键词
