松材线虫对红松、油松和日本落叶松苗木的致病性初探
Pathogenicity of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus to Pinus koraiensis,Pinus tabuliformis and Larix kaempferi seedlings

Abstract
To investigate the pathogenicity of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus on seedlings of Pinus koraiensis,Pinus tabuliformis and Larix kaempferi,disease symptoms,the mobility and disease pro-gression in 2-3 year-old seedlings were observed after artificial inoculation.The results indicated that the three species of seedlings could be infected by B.xylophilus.Different species of seedlings and inoculation amount affected the initial onset time,incidence,mortality and susceptibility index of seedlings.B.xylophilus could colonize and move throughout the whole seedlings,but the movement ability in P.koraiensis was stronger than that in P.tabuliformis and L.kaempferi.The pathogenicity of B.xylophilus was strong to all three species,and the pathogenicity of B.xylophilus to P.koraiensis was the strongest,followed by P.tabuliformis,and pathogenicity was slightly lower to L.kaempferi.关键词
