摘要

Abstract

RNA-based biopesticides are a new novel strategy that employs RNA interference(RNAi)technology,which inhibit the expression of target genes to effectively control diseases.However,the effectiveness of RNA-based biopesticides is significantly influenced by environmental factors,leading to degradation and reduced efficacy post-application,which significantly restricts the widespread application of RNA-based biopesticides.The nanomaterial-based dsRNA(double-stranded RNA)delivery system can accurately target key functional genes of diseases through nanomaterial-loaded dsRNA to achieve the goal of targeted disease control and efficiency enhancement,which strongly supported efficient production and sustainable development of modern agriculture and forestry.This review comprehensively outlined the current progress in RNAi-mediated plant disease control,the development of RNA biopesticides,and the emerging applications of nanoscale delivery systems in plant protection,which can provide new ideas and methods for plant disease prevention and control.
