纳米酶在生命健康检测中的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of nanozymes in life and health detection
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,nanozymes have demonstrated remarkable potential in biomedical detection and health-related diagnostic applications due to their exceptional enzyme-like activity and unique nanomaterial properties.Compared with natural enzymes,nanozymes have advantages such as high stability,low cost,scalable production,and adjustable enzyme-like catalytic activity,which significantly improve detection efficiency and adaptability in complex environments.This review highlights the latest advancements in nanozyme applications across medical diagnosis,food safety testing,and environmental monitoring.It systematically examines their innovative roles in signal amplification,highly sensitive detection,and highly selective recognition,while concurrently addressing current technical bottlenecks and practical challenges in real-world applications.Finally,the review discusses future directions for the development of nanozyme-based detection technologies,providing valuable insights and guidance for further research in the field.关键词
