摘要

Abstract

In order to develop a new way of resource utilization of forestry waste,we used forestry waste as the main substrate material for the undergrowth of Stropharia rugosoannulata.We analyzed the effects of forestry waste resource utilization on soil chemical prop-erties,main enzyme activities,and the number of soil culturable microorganisms.The results showed that pH and total salt content in the soil sample of forestry waste returned to forest after use of Stropharia rugosoannulata planted(GW)and the soil samples of direct return of forest wastes(FT)were significantly lower(P<0.05)than those of the original control soil samples(YT),while soil organic matter,soil available potassium and soil ammonium nitrogen were significantly increased(P<0.05).Except for catalase,the activities of four soil enzymes were significantly increased(P<0.05).The abundance of soil culturable microbial species increased in the soil sam-ple of forestry waste returned to forest after use of Stropharia rugosoannulata planted(GW),with bacteria being the highest,followed by actinomycetes and fungi being the lowest.Compared with the control soil(YT),the number of culturable bacteria in the soil was signif-icantly increased(P<0.05).The order of soil samples ranked from high to low in terms of species diversity index was GW>FT>YT.In conclusion,soil chemical properties and enzyme activities were optimized,which indicated that the forest waste had a positive effect on soil improvement after being planted in the underside of the mushroom.The results provide a new way for the resource utilization of forest waste based on the cultivation of edible fungi under the forest.
