Construction of macro-micro progressive traffic impact evaluation index system based on simulation

Abstract
Traffic impact analysis(TIA)plays an important role in urban planning and project construction management,particularly for coordinated development of land use and transportation systems.Traditional TIA method often relies on single-dimensional indicators and lacks coherence between project planning and implementation stages,and faces difficulty in obtaining environmentally friendly metrics,thus limiting the effectiveness in the full-process traffic supervision.To address these issues,a four-dimension,two-level progressive traffic impact evaluation indicator system is developed based on integrated macro-and microscopic traffic simulation.Focusing on motor vehicle traffic,the system evaluates four dimensions,which are traffic smoothness,balance,safety,and environmental friendliness,at both macro and micro levels,enabling macro-level pre-assessment during the project planning phase and micro-level detailed assessment during the implementation phases.Detailed calculation methods for each indicator are provided,along with instructions for obtaining data utilizing macro and micro simulation software.Judgment criteria for evaluation indicators are also proposed.Case studies demonstrate that the indicator system can accurately and comprehensively assess the traffic impact caused by the project and identify the design deficiencies,facilitating stage-specific improvement measures.The findings provide valuable reference for traffic management in construction projects under urban renewal contexts.关键词
