鼠尾草水醇提取物提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究
Investigation into the Extraction Process of Antioxidant Components from Salvia officinalis Linn.and Their Antioxidant Activities

Abstract
To efficiently develop antioxidant components from Salvia officinalis Linn.and evaluate their activity,a method was adopted in which the DPPH free radical scavenging rate was used as an indicator.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process was optimized through single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests.Meanwhile,in vitro experiments were conducted to assess the antioxidant ac-tivity of S.officinalis extract and compare it with that of vitamin C(VC).Based on this,a study was carried out on the extraction pro-cess and antioxidant activity of S.officinalis extract.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were a material-to-liq-uid ratio of 1∶60,an extraction time of 9 minutes,an extraction power of 400 W,and an ethanol concentration of 90%.Under these conditions,the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of the extract reached a maximum of 98.8%.In vitro experiments showed that the ABTS free radical scavenging ability of S.officinalis extract was close to that of VC(IC50=0.057 mg·mL-1),but its scavenging abilities for DPPH(IC50=0.053 mg·mL-1)and superoxide anion radicals(IC50=1.09 mg·mL-1)were much lower than those of Vc.In conclusion,S.officinalis extract exhibits certain antioxidant activity,with varying antioxidant capacity across different free radical systems.The optimized extraction process can effectively extract antioxidant components from S.officinalis providing a theoretical basis for its tar-geted application in functional antioxidant products.关键词
