摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia with dyspneic cough.Methods A total of 70 children with pneumonia with dyspneic cough admitted to Pucheng County Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received the treatment of Azithromycin alone,while the study group received the treatment of modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin.The treatment effect,clinical symptom scores,immune function indicator levels,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indicators in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia with dyspneic cough can help alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance immune function,improve anti-inflammatory effects,and has a positive significance in improving treatment efficacy and promoting disease recovery.关键词
