Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing intervention of resourcefulness theory combined with bio-psycho-social(BPS)function in cervical cancer patients,so as to provide guidance for nursing work.Methods A total of 78 patients with cervical cancer in the Department of Gynecology of Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the intervention group using the random number table method,39 cases in each group,and conventional nursing,conventional nursing+integrated nursing intervention of resourceful theory combined with BPS were implemented,respectively.The negative emotions,coping styles,psychological resilience and cancer fatigue,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the intervention group scored higher in positive coping than the conventional group,and lower in negative coping than the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Connor-Davidson resilience scale score of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the cancer fatigue scale score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the short form health survey-36 score of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing intervention of resourcefulness theory combined with BPS function demonstrates significant effectiveness.It can alleviate negative emotions,improve coping styles and psychological resilience,reduce cancer fatigue,and enhance the quality of life and sleep in patients with cervical cancer,warranting its adoption in clinical practice.关键词
