摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing outcome-oriented pathway nursing on psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods In Juye County People's Hospital,80 patients with LM were selected as the sample from January 2023 to January 2024,they were assigned to the experimental group(40 cases,nursing outcome-oriented pathway nursing)and the control group(40 cases,conventional care)by random number table method,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological state scores of patients in both groups decreased after nursing compared to before nursing,and the experimental group had lower scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the exhaust time and eating time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with LM,nursing outcome-oriented pathway nursing can improve the psychological state of patients and promote postoperative recovery,and it is helpful to harmonious nurse-patient relationship.关键词
