循证护理在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty children with cerebral palsy admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group using the envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The gross motor function(gross motor function classification system[GMFCS]),fine motor function,and intellectual development were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GMFCS grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the grip and visual movement scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the developmental quotient scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the rehabilitation process of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve gross and fine motor function,and promote intellectual development.关键词
