利用高压LNG冷能分离轻烃的工艺流程
Process flow for separating light hydrocarbons using high-pressure LNG cold energy

Abstract
LNG contains a large amount of cold energy.Utilizing this cold energy can produce high-added-value light hydrocarbon products with very low energy consumption,offering significant economic and social benefits.In order to match the existing BOG re-condensation recovery processes in LNG receiving terminals and completely recover all light hydrocarbons contained in LNG,a new process using high-pressure LNG as feedstock to separate light hydrocarbons by utilizing LNG cold energy is proposed.Commercial process simulation software was used to conduct calculations using rich LNG liquid from a specific LNG receiving terminal as an example,and key operating parameters were analyzed and studied.The results show that the new process system achieves a high light hydrocarbon recovery rate of 98.77%,with unit energy consumption of only 594 MJ/t for light hydrocarbon recovery.The new process system can better match the existing BOG re-condensation recovery process flow and operation mode of LNG receiving terminals,with all performance indicators reaching advanced level at home and abroad.The research results can provide valuable reference for the expansion of the light hydrocarbon recovery units at LNG receiving terminals.关键词
