跨临界CO2热泵技术在油田单井的应用研究
Research on the application of transcritical CO 2 heat pump technology in single wells of oilfield

Abstract
To realize the"dual carbon"goal,oil and gas field companies are accelerating their green transformation and promoting low-carbon oil and gas production.Heat is the primary focus for clean replacement of low-temperature gas heating furnaces and electromagnetic heaters in oil and gas single wells.However,challenges include a wide variety of heat pumps,diverse technologies,and poor adaptability to low temperature in northern regions.To address this,a comparative application test of transcritical CO2 heat pumps and electromagnetic heaters was carried out.Test results indicate that the transcritical CO2 heat pump achieved a coefficient of performance(COP)of 2.99,with an energy-saving rate exceeding 62%.It is expected that the annual operating COP can reach about 3.5.Compared with the electromagnetic heater,the annual operating energy cost is reduced by 102 300 yuan,and the carbon emission are reduced by about 215.6 tons.Moreover,the transcritical CO2 heat pump exhibits strong adaptability to low temperatures,intelligent control,safe and stable operation,and broad application prospects across a wide temperature range,offering significant economic and social benefits and providing reference for projects of the same nature.关键词
