陕京输气系统节能运行方法研究
Research on energy-saving operation methods for Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission system

Abstract
As the operational scale of the Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission system expands,the energy consumption associated with pipeline transportation has gradually increased.To reduce the operational costs,leveraging the system's flexibility in multi-point interconnection and gas supply adjustment,optimization measures such as compressor unit configuration and transmission path adjustments have emerged.This paper establishes a simulation model for the Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission system,verified and calibrated using real operational conditions,to investigate the impact of various operational schemes on system energy consumption.By focusing on key node pressure control,compressor configuration,and transmission routes,the study compares energy consumption from the perspectives of pipeline inventory,gas transmission load,and compressors configuration.Based on simulation results,an energy-saving operation method for the gas transmission system is proposed.The results show that increasing the outlet pressure of the compressor unit can reduce the operation energy consumption by 3.2%~6.2%for every 0.1×108 m3 increase in pipeline inventory,and the operation energy consumption of the gas transmission system is relatively low when maintaining a high pipeline inventory.By optimizing the transportation path and transferring 1 000×104 m 3 of gas from the A#valve chamber of the Shaanxi-Beijing Second Line to the Shaanxi-Beijing Fourth Line,the advantages of high pressure and large diameter of the Shaanxi-Beijing Fourth Line are utilized to reduce the gas transmission load of the Shaanxi-Beijing Second and Third Lines.This allows shutting down 3~4 electric-driven compressors on the Shaanxi-Beijing Second and Third Lines,reducing the total energy consumption of the compressor stations by 16.5%~22.1%.The findings provide valuable insights into the operational management of the Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission system,demonstrating that the proposed method can reduce energy consumption and enhance economic efficiency.关键词
