已建油气管道隧道利旧实施方案研究
Research on the implementation plan for the reuse of existing oil and gas pipeline tunnels
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's oil and gas pipeline network construction scale,the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines has extensively adopted tunnel crossing methods to avoid environmentally sensitive areas such as scenic spots,urban planning areas,public transportation facilities,and military reserve areas,thereby reducing the impact of pipeline construction on economic development.By fully utilizing existing oil and gas pipeline tunnels for parallel laying of new oil and gas pipelines,the damage to surface vegetation caused by long-distance pipeline construction can be greatly reduced,protecting the ecological environment,shortening the construction period,and also contributing to the reduction of engineering construction investment.Through in-depth research on the feasibility of utilizing existing oil and gas pipelines,an evaluation index system and implementation plan for tunnel utilization have been proposed.The effectiveness of the plan has been verified through practical application,providing a reference for the future expansion and upgrading of oil and gas pipelines in special tunnel crossing sections,and also accumulating experience for the revision of relevant specifications and standards.关键词
