Electronic Data Forensics Technology for UAV Involved in Illegal and Non-compliant Flights

Abstract
Illegal and non-compliant UAV flights differ from traditional violations and illegal activities in terms of the scenarios in which they occur,the response measures employed,and the forms of evidence left behind.Electronic evidence has become the primary form of evidence in such cases.By analyzing the electronic evidence involved in illegal unmanned aerial vehicle flights,it is possible to accurately reconstruct the on-site circumstances.Given the coexistence of physical and electronic evidence,as well as static and dynamic evidence,in cases involved unmanned aerial vehicles,it is necessary to overcome the limitations of traditional understanding of physical evidence(which is dominated by static and solid-state evidence)and the understanding of electronic evidence(which is dominated by stored electronic data).This involves establishing an evidence model for UAV-related cases,developing systematic on-site investigation and evidence collection methods,forensic technologies,forensic equipment,and operational specifications for evidence collection.This will provide comprehensive technical support,standardized court evidence,and a professional reserve of forensic technical personnel for low-altitude safety governance efforts.关键词
