基于数字孪生技术的刮板输送机运行速度控制方法研究
Method of scraper conveyor operation speed control based on digital twin technology
摘要
Abstract
The mismatch between the running speed of mining scraper conveyor and the coal flow rate at the working face is one of the main reasons for the low operating efficiency of the equipment and the waste of energy consumption.On this basis,a method of scraper conveyor running speed control based on digital twin technology is proposed,a running speed control framework composed of actual scraper conveyor,digital twin model of scraper conveyor,twin data and speed control strategy is designed,the working condition of scraper conveyor is established and researched by combining with the bidirectional coal cutting process for coal mining,which can simulate the running state of scraper conveyor in real time.The running speed and variable speed time of the scraper conveyor can be regulated intelligently according to the predicted load,so as to realize the intelligent control of the scraper conveyor.The experimental comparison was conducted with the data collected from 43101 comprehensive mining face of Yujialiang coal mine.The results show that,in comparison with the traditional fixed-speed control,the method of scraper conveyor speed control based on digital twin technology can improve the loading rate of scraper conveyor by 18.5%and reduce energy consumption by 10.83%.关键词
