孕早期甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数与子痫前期发生关系研究
Study on the relationship between triglyceride-glucose index in early pregnancy and pre-eclampsia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Triglyceride-glucose in-dex(TyG)in early pregnancy and the risk of preeclampsia(PE).Methods:Clinical data from 1044 single pregnant women who delivered at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Cap-ital Medical University from January 1,2024 to June 30,2024 were collected.Collect their age,pre-pregnancy body mass index,Triglyceride(TG),Cholesterol(CHO),high density lipopro-tein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)during the early stage of pregnancy(8～10 weeks),and all the data were derived from the hospital HIS system.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between TyG and PE in early pregnancy.The predictive value of TyG to PE occurrence was evaluated according to re-ceiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:A total of 1044 subjects were included in this study,of which 41 had preeclampsia,and the incidence of preeclampsia was 4%.The re-sults of univariate analysis showed that the age,BMI,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and TyG index in PE group were different from those in non-PE group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression a-nalysis showed that TyG was an independent risk factor for PE(OR=2.449,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC curve of TyG predicted PE was 0.738(95%CI:0.659～0.817),the best cut-off value was0.65,the sensitivity was61%,and the specifici-ty was 76.5%.Conclusion:TyG is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of PE,and has certain predictive value for the occurrence of PE.关键词
