摘要

Abstract

The digital twin workshop can make the production process transparent,and the use of twin data can optimize the production process.The digital twin can realize intelligence functions such as simulation,analysis,prediction and control,so as to realize the value of industrial big data.This paper analyzes the architecture of digital workshop,establishes the architecture of digital twin workshop,analyzes the typical application scenarios of digital twin workshop,and gives the technical framework of digital twin workshop based on industrial big data platform.The rationality of the proposed digital twin system architecture and application scenario analysis is demonstrated through an actual case study of a manufacturing enterprise's digital twin workshop.
