Abstract
Spherizone process is currently the most advanced vapor phase polypropylene production technology developed by LyondellBasell,which produces polypropylene products with excellent overall properties.This paper reviews the polymerization process of Spherizone's core multi-zone cycle reactor,its comparison with other mature gas-phase polypropylene processes in industry,and application examples of catalyst system.In cdditiol,the construction location,production capacity and completion time of Spherizone process plant in China are sorted out,as well as the main product sequence characteristics of different plants.The construction and operation of Spherizone process plant in China are compared.By summarizing the advantages,construction situation and application direction of Spherizone process,it is helpful for petrochemical enterprises to further deepen their understanding of Spherizone process,further tap the potential of Spherizone process,optimize operating conditions,give full play to its efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of domestic high-end differentiated polypropylene products.关键词
