Abstract
Effective January 1,2025,the"Energy Law of the People's Republic of China"officially came into force.As a foundational and overarching legislation in the energy sector,it will have profound implications for the development of the refined oil industry.This paper analyzes the positive impacts of the Energy Law on the refined oil industry from three key aspects:market standardization and legalization,regulatory system and governance mechanisms,and refined oil market system reform,while providing insights into the future development trends of China's refined oil market.The study finds that by establishing a"tripartite"governance framework(promoting market standardization and legalization,improving regulatory systems and governance mechanisms,and advancing refined oil market system reform),the Energy Law is reshaping the development paradigm of China's refined oil industry.This framework will effectively address disorderly practices in the refined oil market and continuously drive high-quality development of the industry.关键词
