摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically studies the corrosion behavior of S135 steel and L360 steel under conditions with high coexistence of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)and carbon dioxide(CO2),and delves into the crucial impacts of partial pressures of H2S and CO2,temperature,fluid flow rate,and pH value on corrosion rates.Experimental results show that corrosion rates increase significantly with the rise of H2S and CO2 partial pressures,and temperature has a marked accelerating effect on corrosion rates.Fluid flow rate and pH value influence corrosion morphology and degree,respectively.Based on the research findings,this paper proposes comprehensive corrosion prevention strategies,including pipeline material upgrading,internal corrosion protection,addition of corrosion inhibitors,cathodic protection,coating protection,and regular inspection and maintenance.These strategies aim to provide scientific basis and practical advice for corrosion management in oilfield production systems under such complex corrosion environments,and hold significant guiding significance for mitigating on-site corrosion issues.关键词
