Abstract
As the main structure for oil discharge in the event of transformer failure,oil-water separation technology can not on-ly recover waste oil in the oil tank,but also meet the drainage requirements.However,the traditional gravity oil-water separa-tion technology of substations is difficult to meet the purification speed,resulting in an increased risk of oil leakage.Based on this,the optimization research of the integrated intelligent accident oil tank of the substation is carried out in this paper.The work flow and principle of the integrated accident oil tank of the substation are designed,the two major constituent units of the integrated intelligent accident oil tank,adsorption unit and electro-oxidation unit are designed and studied.The control strategy of the integrated accident oil tank of the substation is introduced,and the box of the accident oil tank is subjected to force analy-sis and the internal parameters of the accident oil tank are dynamically monitored.The results show that the designed integrated intelligent accident oil tank of the substation has strong purification ability and effectively reduces the risk of transformer oil leakage.关键词
