摘要

Abstract

In response to the national green environmental protection policy and to meet the increasingly strict requirements of National VI gasoline standards,a company is committed to producing high octane number and low pollution gasoline blending components.In response to the problem of reactor pressure difference increasing during the production of alkylated oil by sulfuric acid alkylation process,which restricts the processing load and product quality of the equipment,the company has implemented a comprehensive shutdown of the equipment in conjunction with the major maintenance plan.Key reactors are isolated and comprehensive technical measures such as alkali washing,water washing,and drying are taken to reduce the pressure difference between the two reactors.This technological improvement effectively solves the production bottleneck,ensures the quality of alkylated oil products,achieves energy-saving and consumption reduction goals,ensures the"safe,stable,long,and full"operation of the device,and significantly enhances the market competitiveness of the product.
