改性高岭土负载Ni和Ce双金属催化小麦秸秆气化制H2研究
Study on the Catalytic Gasification of Wheat Straw to Produce H2 Using Modified Kaolin Loaded with Ni and Ce Bimetals

Abstract
This study prepared a series of kaolin(KL)catalysts loaded with metal Ni and Ce by the impregnation method.The surface structure of the KL support was changed by acid washing and dimethyl sulfoxide embedding,enhancing its adsorption of metal particles.These catalysts were used in the catalytic gasification of wheat straw for H2 production at a pyrolysis temperature of 800℃and a catalytic temperature of 600℃.It was found that the me-soporous structure on the KL,5Ni3Ce/HCl-KL,and 5Ni3Ce/DS-HCl-KL catalysts is beneficial for the mass transfer and diffusion of volatiles.After the KL support is modified by HCl acid washing or dimethyl sulfoxide,its adsorption capacity for metals is enhanced,and the metal particle distribution is more uniform.5Ni3Ce/HCl-KL and 5Ni3Ce/DS-HCl-KL can be used as effective catalysts for the catalytic gasification of wheat straw to produce H2.Among them,the content of H2 catalytically generated by 5Ni3Ce/HCl-KL accounts for as high as 57.72%of the total gas.关键词
